1 Sichuan 512 Earthquake Relief Fundraising (支持四川地震灾后重建)
UCTID assists Sichuan Overseas Chinese Office (SOC) to raise fund for Sichuan 512 earthquake relief. Online donate via UCTID is quick, safe and guaranteed. For your convenience using paypal donation, UCTID has setup this donate gateway via PayPal Security to help those who want to donate online. You can also mail check the address below. UCTID will send the fund with donor name list to Sichuan SOC bi-weekly and will track the fund distibution to ensure they are used in schools, library and other educational programs in the impacted regions. Please note, UCTID is not the donation receiver but an oversea organizaion host for this jointed effort, we help provide tax deductable receipt by coordination with other 512 earthquake fundation only if you need and only if your donation is at least $600. Otherwise, we will just provide a UCTID receipt upon request.

响应四川省侨办14日来信倡议 (倡议书) ，中美技术创新与发展中心( UCTID)协助四川侨办组织512地震海外捐款。捐款将用于教育项目。UCTID主要负责人自2007起担任四川省海外交流协会理事会理事。
1 捐款到一些能够匹配100%的公司(如GOOGLE，KYLIN TV)，政府( Canada) 和机构(世界银行)，您的捐款额可以翻一倍。
2 通知自己受雇的公司，从工资单直接扣除一般有50%到100%的雇主匹配
3 通过西联汇款可以再匹配
4 捐款数额大，需要免税收据的捐款人要问清楚收款方当前是否是可以开具免税收据的美国国税局批准的
免税机 构。(还 没有免税批准的临时募捐机构在理论上其接受的捐款是不可免税的)
5 UCTID此次不是接受地震捐款机构只是临时协助四川侨办组织海外捐款。捐款$600美元以下不办理免费收据。捐款
在$600美元以上需要免税的UCTID将协助出具免税收据。所有捐款连同详细名单将通过西联汇到四川省侨办。
作为四川海外交流协会理事， UCTID将为大家跟踪捐款的实际用途，保证捐款用于地震振灾和重建教育项目，并协助捐款者今后考察灾区，领养孤儿学童。 主要用于学校和教育项目。
6 个人捐款在$600美元以上者，UCTID"高峰俱乐部"授予免会费会员待遇一年 ( UCTID "高峰俱乐部"会员说明 )
7 网上捐款PAYPAL等支付公司自动收取$0.30+1%费用，所以实际捐款少于账面。

UCTID provides consuling service for GBI progam.itiative (GBI) seeks to strengthen and scale up innovative social enterprises that create sustainable economic opportunities for the poor, empowering and engaging them as entrepreneurs, consumers, employees and suppliers. UCTID Department of Development will provide consulting service for Chinese grassroots business. GBI supports such enterprises – referred to as grassroots business organizations – and the intermediaries that support them, with appropriate financing (grants and “patient capital” loans) and capacity building. Established in 2004, GBI now works in Africa, Latin America and Asia, with some 30 different projects aiming to bring income generating opportunities and needed products and services to the poor.
